JOB SUMMARY:

A Dealership in Gaborone, Botswana is currently seeking an experienced and result driven Dealer Principal to join their growing team. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in working as a Dealer Principal within a Franchise Motor Dealership. Be able to handle day-to-day Sales and after sales activities for high-level of service to our customers and manufacturers

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Motor Dealership Dealer Principal experience is essential

• Valid driver’s license

• Clear/No criminal record

• Contactable references

• Minimum Dealer Principal experience of 7 years

• Financial management diploma or graduate will be of benefit to the application

• Training skills

• Previous proof of successful achievement on budgets and targets

• After sales knowledge and experience with OEM requirements
