Kamonge (Pty) Ltd requires a General Manager who will be responsible for the overall management of all the properties, as well as leading the business in achieving the company’s goals, as well as the planning and management of various farm projects.

They will be responsible for coordinating work and providing direction to allocated staff to complete their tasks. Other responsibilities include, all administration, marketing and sales of products, manage culling and capture operations, veld management, rare species management. We require someone with strong communication skills, resilience and problem-solving skills, and is output driven.

The Applicant will require over 15 years’ working experience in management positions with at least a 3 year tertiary/agricultural qualification and a variety of mechanical and technical proficiencies. Crop, cattle and game farm experience, computer skills as well as a Driver’s license. This is a farm based position so a willingness to spend long period of time in isolation on the farms is essential.
