Field Service Technician – Electrical | TOMRA Sorting Pty Ltd (Lucara Diamond Project)
TOMRA Sorting Pty Ltd, a global leader in sensor-based sorting solutions, is looking for a skilled Field Service Technician with at least a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent to support our cutting-edge TOMRA XRT diamond sorters under a Service Level Agreement with Lucara Diamond Corp. He/she should have at least +3 years working experience with the XRT diamond sorters.
Based onsite at the Karowe Diamond Mine in Botswana, you will play a key role in maintaining the performance and reliability of our advanced XRT sorting technology-critical to Lucara’s diamond recovery process.

Your Role:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and diagnostics on TOMRA XRT sorters

• Ensure equipment uptime in line with SLA requirements

• Provide technical support and training to onsite personnel

• Collaborate with TOMRA and Lucara teams to drive operational excellence
  What You Bring:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering (or related field)

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• Experience with industrial automation/electromechanical systems

• Willingness to work in remote mining environments
