We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of international experience, a proven track record in delivering high-quality cuisine, and strong leadership and teamwork skills.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Five years of cooking experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ international culinary experience in a reputable establishment
• Strong knowledge of menu planning, kitchen operations, and food safety standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
• A hardworking and results-driven individual with a passion for excellence
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality
• Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene
• Support menu innovation and cost control initiatives
• Ensure smooth kitchen operations during service
