KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

 

  • Full operational management of the lodge and apartments

  • Staff recruitment, training, supervision and motivation

  • Procurement and vendor management

  • Hosting and managing guest experiences

  • Overseeing front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance

  • Advertising and event management coordination

  • Budget forecasting, financial oversight and revenue management

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

 

  • H qualification in hospitality and tourism

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the tourism & hospitality industry

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in lodge operations and guest service

  • Valid driver’s license
