We’re Hiring: Sales Promoters X 9 (TECNO Botswana)

TECNO Mobile is looking for energetic, passionate, and self-driven individuals to join our team as Sales Promoters across Botswana.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell TECNO mobile devices and accessories to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to increase sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retail partners.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Gather market insights and provide feedback to the sales team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a High School Certificate (BGCSE or equivalent).
• Previous sales/retail experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, outgoing, and persuasive personality.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Must be based in Botswana and willing to work retail hours.
