Jindal Mmambula Energy Project, part of US 22 billion O P Jindal Group holds Mining License for about 3 billion tonnes of coal in the East Mmambula Coal Fields. The company has plans to carry out initially mining of 4.5 million tonnes per annum of coal and to set up a 600 MW power plant at Mmambula, along with the related infrastructure works. JOB TITLE ELECTRICAL ENGINEER | JOB CODE- MA (3 POSITIONS)

We are seeking for skilled and motivated Electrical Engineers to join our project team. The successful candidates will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supervising electrical systems and installations in line with project requirements and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, control, and implement electrical systems and applications.
• Manage and execute engineering projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure all electrical installations meet safety and client specifications.
• Coordinate daily engineering and site activities.
• Conduct performance and quality analysis on new systems and equipment.
• Apply knowledge of motor and transformer protection systems.
• Prepare and summarize test data and technical reports.
• Evaluate new equipment requirements, prepare cost estimates, and assist with budget planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years’ experience in electrical design, installation, or maintenance in industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of protection systems, safety standards, and project coordination.
• Proficient in MS Office and electrical design software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
