Leru Water is seeking a proactive and organized Reception and Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and will provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the front desk
• Maintain filing systems and company records
• Assist with correspondence, scheduling and office coordination
• Provide administrative support to management and other departments
• Handle general office supplies and inventory management
Requirements:
• Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or related field. FMCG background is also an added advantage.
• Previous experience in reception or administrative roles will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
