KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Handle enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
• Schedule and confirm appointments/meetings
• Maintain office records and filing systems
• Provide administrative support to management
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum BGCSE or relevant certificate in Administration/Secretarial studies
• Previous experience in reception or administration (added advantage)
• Good communication skills (English & Setswana)
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email)
• Well-presented, organised, and customer-service oriented
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
