POSITION: FUND CONSULTANT

 

 

To provide support to the Senior Fund Consultant in servicing an allocated portfolio of Retirement Funds, in ensuring that the client expectations are met in terms of the Service Level Agreement

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

• Provide the full scope of benefit consulting and advisory services to an allocated portfolio of clients on compliance issues, legislative requirements, general pension fund provisions and other technical services to Board of Trustees, members and other Fund stakeholders

• Act as the relationship manager between Fiducia and the Client.

• Implementation of the client retention strategy and under the supervision and direction of the Senior Fund Consultant.

• Ensuring that business deliverables meet and exceed service standards in line with client Service Level Contracts

• Play an active role in overall Business Development in line with the Company’s strategic growth objectives.

 

 

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

 

 

• Self-driven, focused and energetic.
• Good knowledge of the Retirement Fund industry in Botswana and the legislative framework.
• Excellent communication skills at both Board level and Member level.
• Ability to implement strategic business growth objectives.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

 

 

At least five (5) years’ experience in a retirement funds administration and consultancy environment and demonstrable evidence and proficiency in providing benefit consultancy services to an allocated portfolio of Retirement Funds with minimum supervision.
