Requirements:

• Minimum BGCSE Level Certificate
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or consumer goods sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Knowledge of mobile phones and technology is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with inquiries and purchases
• Provide product information and recommend suitable options
• Work towards and achieve sales targets
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales environment
• Handle customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
