Job Description

Bestpak is seeking a highly skilled *STOCK CONTROLLER* who will be an integral part of our team, responsible to oversee stock control, analyse inventory data and optimize stock levels.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete receiving inspection checklist for incoming finished goods and Raw Materials.
• Conduct daily and monthly stock takes in line with set timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movement and stock takes on the system.
• Load Stock in our distribution vehicles with a forklift to our customers.
• Ensure all products issued to the customer is in good condition and of good quality.
• Ensure that Warehouse equipments are in line with safety standards and legislation, by performing daily forklift checks and update records.
• Ensure housekeeping in the warehouse area is maintained in line with safety standards.
• Laisse with Production Team for balance of Orders daily.
• Move stock produced from Production to WHSE floors daily.
• Transfer of stock from Receiving (RM) to Production (PD) and update in ASAMCO system.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

• BGCSE
• Certificate/Diploma in Supply Chain or related field
• 3-5years as a stock Controller with Forklift Driving Experience
• Integrity and reliability (honesty in critical handling of stock)
• Must be physically fit to handle stock (lifting, counting, moving boxes)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and Computer Literate
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in English
