Qualitas is looking for a *Chartered Accountant

To be considered the incumbent *MUST* have the following qualifications and attributes as a minimum:

• A Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance and a BICA member,
• Must have a Chartered Accountants qualification such as e.g ACCA, BICA, ICAEW, CIMA

• A minimum of 15 years’ working experience of which 10 years should have been spent in Accounting /Finance at Managerial or at least 5 years in Training / Education environment

• Should have experience in Annual and monthly Management Accounts preparation, Ability to perform complex Group consolidation Accounts, Experience in working with External Auditors

• Should be able to handle complex Tax and Compliance issues, Experience in facilitations, negotiations and understanding of business internal control processes, Experience in Financial Management, Budgets preparation, Treasury management functions etc, Ability to provide internal Audits and Advisory services to clients, Must poses leadership and supervision skills

• Must be able to set up a training department and mentor junior Accountants
