Reporting to the Network Engineer, the incumbent will be responsible for service assurance, fault handling and taking part in customer project implementation. Incumbent must have solid knowledge of Wi-Fi technology.

Academic qualifications

The candidates should have attained the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a telecommunications environment or similar.

• Industry certifications such as CCNA, HCNA, CCNA-Wireless and related certifications will be an added advantage.
