Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and welcoming experience to guests

• Serve food and beverages efficiently

• Ensure tables are set up, cleared, and maintained to high standards

• Offer knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, drinks, and wine pairings

• Maintain and control stock levels of beverages, including wines and spirits

• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

• Ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverages

• Assist with special events and bush dining experiences

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and eco-friendly practices in line with our sustainability goals

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a lodge or fine-dining setting

• Strong knowledge of wines and food pairings

• Experience in stock control and inventory management

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work flexible hours

• A team player with a positive and professional attitude

• Fluency in English (Additional languages is a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and lodge facilities to the highest standards

• Ensure all linens, towels, and guest amenities are well-stocked and neatly arranged

• Handle laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and folding

• Report any room maintenance or repair needs to the relevant department

• Follow eco-friendly cleaning practices in line with the lodge’s sustainability goals

• Assist with special lodge setups, including bush dining and guest experiences

• Provide excellent service and ensure guest comfort at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Housekeeper in a lodge, hotel, or hospitality setting

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Friendly and professional attitude with a strong work ethic
