JCHX Mining Management Co., Ltd. (JCHX) has been awarded a five-year contract for underground mining services at MMG’s Khoemacau Copper Mine of Toteng, Zone 5, Botswana. JCHX, a global mining contractor with nearly 30 years of experience, will be responsible for the development and operation of the underground mine, including providing a comprehensive range of services from mine planning and construction to production.

We seek applications from suitably experienced and qualified individuals for the following positions to be based at Toteng, Zone 5:

f) PUMP OPERATOR (9)

Summary of Position

The Pump Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining pumps and related equipment to ensure the efficient and reliability for a long run.

Qualifications Requirements

• At least Trade test B in fitting or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of underground pumps or related equipment is preferred.
• Class B Manual driver’s license.
• 2 years working experience in mining is an added advantage.
• Physically fit and able to pass pre-employment medical examinations and background checks.
