CHEF X 3 POSITIONS

Job Purpose: the person should be able to handle a hundred seater, fine dinning Indian restaurant as well as outdoor catering offering Indian menus.

Job requirements:

• Atleast 8- 10 years experience of working in an Indian Restaurant

• Must have a Diploma or National Trade certificate in Food production, Catering & cookery or its equivalent

• Able to prepare Indian dishes, curries and Tandurei dishes

• Experience in African continent will be an added advantage.
