ABOUT US

Childline Botswana is a leading non-governmental organization dedicated to the protection, care, and advocacy of children’s rights across Botswana. We provide vital support services to children in need, including counselling, family reunification and communication awareness programs.

We are seeking 10 dynamic and motivated Sales Agents to support our fundraising initiatives, awareness campaigns, and community engagement activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Promote and sell Childline Botswana merchandise and fundraising products.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate partners, and the public.
– Achieve and exceed sales targets while upholding Childline Botswana’s values and mission.
– Assist in planning and executing sales and awareness events in the community.
– Maintain accurate records of sales, payments, and client interactions.

REQUIREMENTS

– Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (preferred).
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
– High level of integrity, professionalism, and a genuine passion for child protection.
